Error 40309:500 (Temporary Error)

• When it happens: During launch or login.
• Fix: Open the Purple launcher, go to Settings → Region, and switch from U.S. to Taiwan (TW). This often bypasses regional restrictions immediately.

Error 0x0000015 (Launch Failure)

• When it happens: The launcher freezes or the game won’t start.
