To complete To The Skies in Arc Raiders, scan a crashed ARC Probe and an ARC Courier, install four required components into one Gondola Prototype, then activate it. You only need one prototype, not all four locations. Keep your ARC Raiders Items preparation focused on the four repair components listed below.

Prepare the complete repair set

Apollo gives To The Skies after Off The Radar. Before visiting a prototype, gather one ARC Performance Steel, one Pop Trigger, one ARC Synthetic Resin, and one ARC Thermo Lining. The installation objective says "ARC Pop Trigger," but the inventory item is named Pop Trigger.

Use these possible material sources to fill any gaps in your supplies. Drops are not guaranteed, so confirm that you have all four components before committing to the repair location.

Complete both wreck scans

Approach a crashed ARC Probe and an ARC Courier and use each wreck's scan interaction. Searching their contents is a different action and does not replace collecting the flight data. Look for smoke to locate wrecks, then move around each one until the scan prompt appears.

Scan one of each type before moving on to the prototype objectives. Searching the wrecks afterward can also help with missing components: couriers can supply a Pop Trigger, while intact probes can supply ARC Synthetic Resin.

Choose one Gondola Prototype

The eligible locations are Red Lakes on Dam Battlegrounds, Farmlands on Blue Gate, East Plains on Spaceport, and Dried Riverbed on Riven Tides. These are alternative destinations for the same task. Choose one that fits your route and bring the full repair set there.

On Spaceport, look east of East Elevator and north of Communications Tower, south of East Plains Warehouses. The prototype lies on its side on crates beside a Raider structure. This gives you a specific destination without needing to visit the other maps.

Install each part, then activate the machine

Use the component interaction prompts around your chosen prototype to install the four parts. Check the installation objectives as you work, then use the activation interaction once the repairs are complete. Installing the materials alone does not finish To The Skies.

Stay with the first prototype whose search objective you completed. Switching to another prototype can consume components without advancing the installation objectives, so returning to your original location is the safer course when continuing an unfinished repair.

Step back after activation. The prototype's destructive malfunction is part of the quest outcome, not proof that the repair failed. Check that the activation objective has registered before leaving the area.

Claim the quest rewards

Completing To The Skies awards 8,000 XP, three ARC Performance Steel, three ARC Thermo Lining, and three ARC Synthetic Resin. The reward set does not include a replacement Pop Trigger.

Once activation is marked complete, return to Apollo and claim the reward. Review your next objective and remaining equipment needs before deciding whether to buy ARC Raiders Bp.
