PoE Allflame Challenge Planning Tips from U4GM
In PoE, prioritize unfinished Allflame challenges before the stated November 9 cutoff, then use confirmed Covens of Umbra notes to plan for the stated November 13 launch. Keep POE currency available for current-league needs rather than committing it to speculative projects.
Check the dates before making commitments
The supplied schedule places the reveal on November 6, 2026, with a pre-show near 12:30 PST and keynote programming around 13:00 PST. It also gives an Allflame cutoff near 13:00 PST on November 9 and a Covens of Umbra launch on November 13. Treat these as planning targets, not confirmed times, until the official schedule and league notices are available.
Convert the times to your own time zone before setting reminders. A deadline displayed in PST can fall on a different calendar day elsewhere, and a schedule change could erase a carefully planned last session.
Use reveal day to make two short lists
Before the keynote, create five note lines: league mechanic, skills, atlas or endgame, economy keywords, and launch timing. Record only statements confirmed during the presentation, and add the time of each major point so you can check it against the written notes later.
Leave a line empty if the presentation does not settle it. A trailer or brief mention is not enough to commit currency to a build or buy a speculative unique item.
Keep the sequel's announcements separate from your PoE notes. Mixing the two can turn a useful reveal checklist into a shopping list for the wrong game.
After the presentation, turn the confirmed points into actions: challenges still open, projects on hold, and questions that need written patch notes. Share one cleaned-up version with party members rather than interrupting the show with partial updates.
Clear the challenge list in order
Open the in-game challenge list and compare each unfinished entry with your own checklist. Record the remaining requirement and a rough estimate of the time you expect to spend; check the entry again after each session rather than assuming an attempt counted.
Group the remaining entries into short solo tasks, longer solo tasks, and tasks that need a party.
After the November 6 talks, finish the short solo tasks that fit the time available.
Arrange party sessions for November 6 or 7, leaving November 8 for anything that needs another attempt.
Put maps with required modifiers aside before November 8 so the last session is spent playing rather than searching.
Set a reminder for November 8 evening and recheck every unfinished entry.
Leave a two-hour buffer before the stated November 9 cutoff for short leftovers and possible login delays. Do not start a multi-day craft after the reveal if it cannot be finished or sold before the cutoff.
Keep preparation separate from speculation
Sell obvious clutter and give map and fragment tabs a basic sort, but leave a full inventory overhaul until the challenges are done. Cosmetic projects can wait too: they do not advance the challenge list.
Keep Divine and Chaos stacks available for decisions supported by written notes. Do not assume current-league assets will be usable in the new league; check the applicable league rules before assigning them a role in your launch plan.
Next, check your unfinished challenge entries and reserve a session for the longest remaining task. If considering POE currency for sale, first verify the applicable game rules and the league in which any currency would be delivered.
